Welcome to the website of Grace's Cricket Club. We are the first and, to our knowledge, the only gay cricket club in the world. Founded in 1996, we exist to promote enjoyment of the game of cricket within the gay and lesbian community. We currently play around 25 games every season in and around London - from 2007, a mixture of league games and friendlies. Our home ground is in Boston Manor Playing Fields (Brentford), and Peter May Sports Centre, near Walthamstow in North East London.
- Full averages and statistics for the 2007 season and updated carerer figures are now available to view in the Statistics section.
- Grace's promoted to Division 1 of the Middlesex Sunday League - View table...
- At the end of another successful season, Grace's have now won 100 games in their 10-year playing history. See results summary stats...
- We still have a supply of our lovely Grace's cricket shirts and caps. Please contact the Secretary if interested in making a purchase.
- Interested in playing for or supporting a new lesbian cricket team in London? If so e-mail Barbara Marsh directly at cricketgirls@gmail.com.
You don't need to be in London or even in England for this website to be of interest. It features an open message board, offering gay cricket players and gay cricket fans all over the world an online network to talk to each other - and just maybe help spread gay cricket further afield! Come on in and join the chat right now.
